Your feedback and questions are important to us. We may be busy in the lab hand-blending your perfume, but will get back to you as soon as possible. Please allow 24 hours during business days (Monday-Friday) for a response regarding questions about your order. For all other inquiries, we will respond at our earliest convenience.

It is our policy to accept returns for defective or damaged products only. Personal preference in fragrances is a subjective thing, hence we cannot accept returns for products based solely on a dislike of the scent. We always suggest you start with one of our Discovery Sets to sample the scents before purchasing a full size bottle.

If, unfortunately, your product arrived defective or damaged, we will gladly exchange it for a new one. Simply email  info@labduparfum.com to inform us of the problem. We might be busy in the lab hand-blending your perfume, but we assure to get back to you as soon as possible. Kindly allow 24 hours to receive a response from our team, excluding weekends and holidays.

We offer FREE shipping on orders over $60. Any order under $60, it is a flat $5 shipping fee.

Our fragrances are made by hand, fresh compounded for you in our Lab in Melbourne, where each bottle is hand filled and each order package with care. 

• We generally process orders within 3 business days (Monday-Friday).

• Shipping times are typically 2-5 business days once an order ships from our Lab.

• Please allow up to one week to receive your order from the time you place it.

• You will receive an email confirmation from us when your order ships that will include your tracking information.  

WHERE DO WE SHIP: We currently ship throughout Australia only.

Unfortunately at this time we are not yet able to ship our products internationally due to regulations pertaining to the alcohol content of perfumes.

Noticing a separation in the fluids, oil spots, or cloudiness in the bottle? That is normal sometimes. Due to the high quality of the raw ingredients used, deposits and colouration may happen. But you’ll be glad to know that these do not alter your signature scent and it remains safe to use.

Like all perfumes, keep them out of the heat, light, moisture and humidity. Store them in the dark where possible. 

Allergic reactions? In the extremely rare instance that you've had an allergic reaction to a product, discontinue use of the product immediately. When receiving your fragrances, please refer to the ingredients listing o the packaging to ensure suitable for you skin.
