Shipping, Delivery & Return

All orders are dispatched on working days only (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders  are dispatched in 1-3 business days after receiving. 

During peak periods, please also 4-7 business days for your order to be dispatched

Free for all orders over $60.

$5.00 for all orders under $60


DELIVERY RULES AND RESTRICTIONS

Lab Du Parfum does not accept any liability whatsoever for delayed delivery caused by any third party. If you have not received your order within 21 days, please email us and we will investigate.

As soon as you have received the goods, you will assume all risk in the goods. Upon delivery of the goods to you, we will also provide you with sufficient details to enable you to:

a) exercise your right of cancellation; and
b) address any intended cancellation or complaints to the correct place of business.

We will take all reasonable care to deliver to the address given. However we will not be liable for non-delivery or mis-delivery as a result of incorrect data entry.

While we endeavour to process all orders as quickly as possible, please note shipping times will be longer during peak holiday periods. Please expect a delay of 5-10 business days during these times. 

Lab Du Parufum only delivers online orders to Australia addresses. P.O Box addresses are also accepted. 

Orders placed within Australia are dispatched from Melbourne. 


RETURNS

Subject to your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law, all creations are final sale. Because all Lab Du Parfum creations are hand-prepared to order with personalized labels, we do not accept returns nor exchanges except as required by law.

Our products are accompanied by guarantees that are protected by the Australian Consumer Law. As a customer, you have the right to receive a replacement or refund in the case of a major failure. Moreover, if our products do not meet acceptable quality standards and this failure does not qualify as a major failure, you are entitled to have them repaired or replaced.


DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS

Your purchase should arrive in perfect condition. If you have received an item that is damaged or faulty, please email support@labduparfum.com within 7 days of delivery.

I ORDERED THE WRONG ITEM

If you've accidentally ordered the wrong perfume, please immediately contact us with your order number. Do it right away — once the shipping process has begun, we are unable to cancel or refund the order, and you will be responsible for return/replacement shipping costs. 


I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM

If you have received a product that isn't what you ordered, please take a photo of the item and email support@labduparfum.com within 7 days of delivery.
